Since arriving in the Puget Sound, this Portland based foodie favorite has partnered with Seattle stars for several new flavors including Beecher’s cheese, Ellenos yogurt, Rachel’s raspberry ginger beer, Elm coffee, and Westland whiskey.

They also have an online option, so you can order beforehand and not have to stand in line!
Suggest the split scoop for an extra 50 cents you can try 2 different flavors in one scoop.
Lines are long, but they go really fast. While waiting in line, an employee will ask if you would like to try any of the flavors and prep it for you.
Their menu is always changing so don’t fall in love with a specific flavor. There are a couple of different ice cream flavors that are only in Seattle.
They have several vegan, dairy/soy free, and gluten free flavors! They are allergy friendly – ask the staff.
